Saints

St. Therese of Lisieux also known as Little Flower was a cloistered Carmelite who suffered much pain in her short life. She is known for making even the smallest act a sacrifice to God. She is the patron saint of missions.

St. Jerome is known as a priest, monk, and doctor of the church. He translated the Bible into the first full Latin version called the Vulgate. He is the patron saint of Biblical scholars, librarians, students, translators, and people with difficult personalities. His Feast day is September 30th.
