Catholic Mom Planner
Do you feel torn juggling between a liturgical wall calendar, a homeschool planner/academic, and a regular planner? This Catholic Mom planner is the all-in-one solution to your problem! I developed this planner to help keep as much of my Mom brain in one place as possible!
Why is a Catholic Mom Planner Important?
Unlike secular planners, you will know when there is a feast day or Holy Day of Obligation. Further, you can keep track of prayer intentions and track habits such as praying your daily rosary. In your meal planning, you will be reminded of penitential “fish Fridays.” This planner has what every busy Mom needs to stay on top of her liturgical calendar.
The Traditional Catholic Mom Planner versus the Ordinary Form
Each planner includes the same excellent features to keep you organized. The only difference is which calendar is used for feast days. The extraordinary form feast day calendar is from pre-1969 and the ordinary form post-1969.
Planner Features
The planner is full-sized, full color or black & white, with loads of space for notes throughout. You can start planning your year with a year-at-a-glance and months-at-a-glance with space for yearly and monthly goals. The months-at-a-glance have extra space for notes, birthdays, etc. and list the feast days for the month.
Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Planning Sections
Also, the planner includes First Friday & Saturday, Holy Days of Obligation, secular holidays, Novena reminders, and Ember & Rogation days. There is a bonus feature of a curriculum lesson planner for homeschooling mothers of up to 5 students!
Catholic Mother Planner
Each Month contains the monthly dedication and budget sheet. For homeschooling and non-homeschooling mothers, there is a student tracker to keep track of lesson plans and/or big projects and goals to meet. My favorite feature is a blank block schedule. You can fill it out monthly if you are like me and constantly tweaking your schedule or you can refer to the first block schedule all year.
Catholic Mom Daily Planner
The month is then broken down into weekly spreads to stay on track. There is space for your top 3 priorities for the day, AM and PM to-dos, meal planning, weekly chores, and prayer intentions. A weekly tracker can be used to track habits such as water intake, prayer time, 20 minutes of exercise, etc. Instead, the weekly tracker can also be used to keep track of your children’s daily assignments!
Catholic Planner Extras
The back of the planner contains popular Novena prayers so you don’t have to look it up! The back section also features several prayers to reference. I’ve included the rosary mysteries in a table as well.
